Rune Witch’s Table builds its menu around yakuzen—traditional herbal dietary cooking—alongside small plates brightened with spices and aromatics. Ingredients are sourced with care, including vegetables purchased directly from the Miura Peninsula, yielding distinctive flavor combinations rarely encountered elsewhere.

During lunch hours, the kitchen serves toasted sandwich sets accompanied by soup, with a choice of fillings. Options such as marinated bigeye scad from Shizuoka, oatmeal-crusted fried scad, or house-cured ham reflect attentive preparation alongside a comforting bowl of warm soup.

The à la carte and snack offerings highlight seasonal ingredients with restrained flourishes: spice-roasted ginkgo nuts, cheese-baked Manganji peppers, or tender braised pork belly flavored with ginger and yuzukosho. Drinks are equally considered, spanning organic wines and ciders, spiced mulled wine, and botanical brews like horsetail herbal tea.
